After finding a potential tenant, we will perform a detailed background check, including credit checks, history of evictions, employment / income verification, tenancy and/or home ownership payment history, and verification that the potential tenant is not registered as sex offender.

To make the process of renting easier for you and our tenants, we put systems in place that eliminate paper waste. We digitally sign contracts, provide an online platform for owners and tenants to log in and view their payment history, property information, make online payments with electronic checks, credit and debit cards, and accept paperless maintenance requests.
Get Paid Online
We provide detailed monthly statements showing your income and expenses. You can be paid by check or direct deposit. You can receive your statements by email or establish a login so you can view your statements, documents, or invoices online whenever you want.
We will coordinate maintenance issues with you. Your assigned property manager will follow up with the vendor and the tenant to make sure the job gets done promptly and correctly. You won’t be bothered with late night or weekend emergencies. We handle those calls for you.
You can reach us anytime Monday – Friday from 9AM-5PM during office hours. At the weekend and after business hours, our office is closed, but we always have a property manager for all of our landlords on call to handle any emergencies that arise. You can reach us by email, phone, of text message.
