We are currently looking for an office administrator (Front Desk). This is a  part time position, hours would be from 10am – 3pm, 5 days per week. We do require the following:

  • Computer skills (experience on a Mac preferred), including Word, Excel, Emails
  • Strong communication skills – a good communicator on the phone and by email
  • Be a fast learner
  • Must have a car

The perfect candidate would have an awesome personality, great phone skills, and the ability to change gears with a moments notice, one day you may be doing office work, the next day you could be checking on properties and repairs, the next day you may be at a home inspection. Adaptability is definitely a must, being a go getter is even better. Room for advancement with the right person.
